Spare Parts & Stores Operator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Parts & Stores Operator located in Piraeus.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and offers based on customer inquiries
Handle spare parts orders, including order acknowledgment, customer and supplier communications, and order deliveries
Monitor and coordinate logistics and customs issues regarding spare parts orders deliveries
Ensure that spare part opportunities are followed up before quote expiry
Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Coordination and cooperation with other departments

Fluency in English (verbal/written)
Previous experience in spare parts supplying and forwarding will be considered as a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge in MS Office
Computer literacy
